Rei's COMMISSION

Prices are subject to change based on demand.

Artist has the right to refuse any commission that felt uncomfortable for any reason.

Any kinds of rude behaviour will not be tolerated.

Full resolution (300 dpi) final artwork on various canvas size. If Clients want a specific size, please do tell upfront.

File format will be in JPG with very simple background (unless Clients specifically request no background at all). Transparent background of PNG file will also be provided.

Watermarked and/or signed lower resolution file will be provided, for Clients' media social uploading purpose.

Payment in cryptocurrency will not be accepted.

For international commission, all payments are in USD and processed via PayPal.

For local Indonesian commission, all payments are in IDR and processed via bank transfer.

Commission under 60 USD must be paid full upfront.

For 61 USD and over commission: There is an initial, non-refundable payment of 50% that is required upfront. And the second/last payments will be required once Clients agree to the sketch.

DO NOT send any payment before Artist has requested it.

Refunds issued only before Artist starts, or if Artist can't complete the commission.

Please provide both picture and description references of the character(s).

Picture references include close up, side and/or back figures.

It also must include pose, outfit, and/or particular color as desired.

Description references are for expression and personality to help Artits understanding the character(s).

Color scheme is needed if Clients want it specifically.

Artist will update Clients for every steps of progress: sketch, lineart, and finalized work.

No rush! Please be patient. Commission will take 2 up to 5 weeks to complete. But Artist would try to finish it ASAP. However, Clients can ask for any updates anytime.

Final and high resolution files will be provided in google drive, and will be accessible for 3 months after the completion of the work.

If there is a possibility when Artist have to pause the commission due to health issues or any other emergencies, Clients will be informed ASAP.

Clients will only have once major revisions for the sketch, and twice after that―limited to very simple changes. So please be really detailed with your references.

Additional revision other than stated above, will be charged with extra fee.

Extra charge will also be added if Clients wish to change something on the final work that has been approved previously.

Clients will not get any extra charge for the additional revision only if it's a misunderstanding or mistake on Artist's side.

I, as the artist, claim the rights to the produced artwork.

The Client is allowed to:

✓ Use the commissioned artwork for PERSONAL USE only (upload on social media or forum; using it as profile picture or header; print it for your own use, etc.).

✓ Use the artwork to promote yourself, with proper credit.

The Client is not allowed to:

✘ Feed the artwork to any AI machine.

✘ Claiming the commissioned artwork as your own.

✘ Reproducing the artwork commercially (making money off it) in any ways.

✘ Sell the artwork as NFTs.

✘ Removing my signature/watermark from the artwork.

✘ Altering the artwork without permission.
